Hollywood Scabs - A Writers Strike Fever Dream

The year is 2023. Writers and Actors are both on strike in Hollywood. Several Billionaires are staring down the barrel of losing a fraction of a percent of their net worth. Something must be done.
The major studios band together to develop a series of AIs to write the biggest crossover project ever - characters from everybody's favorite TV shows are thrust together over and over again to find a successful show. You are those characters - and you need to hit your plot points! Careful though, the producers are finicky and might change the genre up every now and again to see what works.

This is the first draft of the rules and the motivation cards. The back sheet will eventually be some GM materials and scenario suggestions, but I haven't playtested enough to have good suggestions. Let me know what you think! I'm open to any ideas for improvement or suggestions for motivations.

Hello Hayden. I loved reading through this game. It feels rare to meet games built of Laser and Feelings. Plus any game addressing the current writer's strikes in Hollywood and around the states gets a gold star!
